LLIS is not responsible for air or ground travel, accommodations, or meals not associated with the LLIS Insurance Marathon.

The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service between the hours of 5:00 am and 1:00 am. Directions for shuttle use will accompany your registration confirmation.

   
payment and cancellation policy

Please read and check that you agree with this payment and cancellation policy.

  • Each participant’s Marathon registration fee is $100.
  • Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation within three business days, please contact us at 877-254-4429.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing by 12 noon on
    Friday, January 8, 2010 for refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after Friday, January 8, 2010, however substitutions will be accepted prior to the Marathon and on site.
  • If you are bringing guest(s) to Monday's dinner, the fee for each guest is $75 and must be paid in advance.
